Secretary-General
Kyle Fukumoto
Kyle Fukumoto is a junior from Los Angeles, CA studying Political Science. Kyle has been involved in Model UN since his freshman year of high school, and cannot wait to see delegates spark thought-provoking debate and insightful resolutions. Aside from ILMUNC, Kyle is also involved in the Wharton Investment & Trading Group, Wharton Undergraduate Finance Club, and Wharton Hedge Fund Club. In his free time, he loves to run, read, and go to the beach.

Brianna Kwan
Brianna is a junior from Brooklyn, New York studying Cognitive Science and Computer Science with a minor in Design. Despite being new to Model UN, she joined ILMUNC XLI in 2024 to foster a transformative environment in the Model UN realm. In her free time, she is probably in the gym or adding more restaurants to her Beli. Brianna is super stoked for ILMUNC Vietnam 2026 and is looking forward to meeting everyone!

Tiyya Geiger
Tiyya is a Sophomore from Lancaster, PA studying Political Science and History. Outside of ILMUNC, she is involved in Penn's Ethiopian and Eritrean Student Association, the Undergraduate Law Review, and the Pre Law Association. In her free time, you can find her reading, trying new cafes around Philadelphia, and taking film photos! She is excited to meet all the delegates and visit Vietnam for the first time!

Avi Gupta
Avi Gupta is a freshman from Northern New Jersey studying Economics and Anthropology. Outside ILMUNC, he is involved in Penn International Impact Consulting and an avid golfer. In his free time he enjoys hiking, traveling, and going for walks around Philadelphia. He is extremely excited to meet all the delegates for ILMUNC Vietnam 2026!

Sudhir Yelamarthy
Sudhir Yelamarthy is a freshman at the University of Pennsylvania, studying electrical engineering. While only from an hour away from Philadelphia, he still enjoys exploring campus and city with friends, going on walks, and trying new restaurants. Outside of ILMUNC, he is involved in Penn Electric Racing as a member of the electrical hardware team. In his free time, you could find him playing pool or foosball in one of the residential lounges. Sudhir can’t wait to meet everyone and try new foods, as well as enjoy the weather and the city!

Will Helm
Will is a Wharton student studying Behavioral Economics and Cognitive Neuroscience. Hailing from New York City (the best city in the world), he has been participating in Model UN since middle school and led his high school’s team as Co-Captain. Along with ILMUNC, Will is also a Wharton Ambassador, a Wharton Leadership Venture Fellow, a member of Penn’s Club Ski & Snowboarding Club, and a Brooklyn-99 enthusiast. Will is thrilled to be serving as a chair and can’t wait to meet everyone!
